Since the signing of the URI Charter in 2000, we have touched the lives of millions people of different faiths around the world through a network of interfaith Cooperation Circles (CCs) whose members number half a million. Locally rooted, Cooperation Circles engage people of different faiths and traditions to work together for the good of their communities.
In North America, we also have an Affiliate Program for joining the URI network. Any individual, group, or organization who supports the URI Charter and its Purpose, Preamble and Principles may become an Affiliate.
The URI Charter is the common thread connecting Cooperation Circles and Affiliates to create powerful coalitions for change at the local, regional, and global levels—across religious, political, and ethnic divisions. URI offers a shared set of principles for people with diverse backgrounds to join together for positive change, for peace
Whatever your ability to participate—please join with us. Join or create a Cooperation Circle—or hop on board as an Affiliate of URI in North America. We also welcome monetary or in-kind donations to help support peace building efforts in our region.
