Peace Sunday / Peace Fest 2012 “Building a Culture of Peace”

If there were ever a need to invigorate building a culture of peace, now is the time. We know you are essential in these endeavors. We have over 50 organizations now, and growing, who are involved with Peace Sunday / Peace Fest 2012 and we would love to have you join us and be part of this important event.

As it is getting close to the event, should you also wish to participate, we would appreciate your regiatration now, so that we can be certain to include you in our printed program.

This year Peace Sunday has evolved into a 3-day event with the view to building momentum towards a larger event in 2015 (similar to the first Peace Sunday at the Rose Bowl in 1982) to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the United Nations.

Our exciting PROGRAM includes:

Indigenous Ceremony, Celebration, an International Day of Peace Program, an Interfaith Panel, Multimedia, an education Peace Convergence and

MUSIC

from Agape International Choir, Larisa Stow and Shakti Tribe, Stephen Longfellow Fiske, and others
This year we are launching our peace educational program called a “Peace Convergence” which will take place all day Saturday. The Peace Convergence is a way to connect individuals and organizations involved in the various aspects of peace-building, with the goal of creating ongoing cooperative relationships and projects. ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION AND VENDOR FEES:
Organization Registration for the 3-day event – $100.00

includes 2 free tickets and a 50 word listing in our printed program. Through your registration you will be listed as a co-sponsor (unless otherwise stated). Being listed as a co-sponsor requires that you please promote this important event to your connections,

 

Additional options are:
Non-Profit booth with canopy – 10 x 10 ft table and 2 chairs – $150.00 (includes one 3-day event ticket)
For-Profit booth with canopy – 10 x 10 ft table and 2 chairs – $200.00 (includes one 3-day event ticket)
Table – 3 x 6 ft – $80.00 (includes one 3-day event ticket)

Electricity for booth or table$20.00

 

Please note that we are currently offering an Early Bird Ticket Promotion until September 10th so that members from your community can also have the opportunity to come to Peace Sunday / Peace Fest 2012.

For the 3-day event we are offering 50% off for 2 or more people at $50.00 per person (full ticket price is $100.00)
