Why have bylaws?As a registered nonprofit corporation, the North America Leadership Council (which also serves as the corporation’s Board of Directors) has established a set of bylaws which serve as our collection of internal rules and policies for operation and management of the Leadership Council. As our organization matures, our bylaws are adapted to reflect our growing experience of what is needed and works well to keep our organization functioning in a smooth, transparent and legal fashion. Any recommendations for improving the bylaws should be sent to the Regional Coordinator.
